Do you protect your buyers against frauds?

Indeed, we do. In an unfortunate occasion where you get a thing harmed, not quite the same as what was showcased and portrayed to you by the gallery owner or don’t get the thing by any means, we will investigate the matter as quickly as time permits and discount you for your buy sum (barring dispatching). But in such cases you have to report within the 24 hours of receiving and know that you received damaged or wrong item. After that we can try for compensation but cannot guarantee compensation. Expecially damage you have to report within 3 hours of receipt of any merchandise.

Will I be charged custom duty?

We have not had any worldwide clients charged custom obligation on their buy yet. However, certainly, kindly check with your country’s traditions authority.

What is your return policy?

We give a 7 merchandise exchange. On the off chance that under any circumstance you are disappointed with your buy, you may return it inside 7 days of receipt for a substitution or a discount but report it within 24 hours. Kindly read our whole merchandise exchange here (Link to be made). After seven days when payment is further disbursed to the gallery/shop owner, we will not accept any exchange or return or claim.

How will my purchased be delivered?

The seller is himself responsible to send you the painting, seller will ship the painting on your desired address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Deliveries to Pakistan take between 3-5 working days. International deliveries outside of Pakistan can take between 7-10 working days or more depending on location.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and online bank transfers. We do not currently support cash on delivery services.
