If you think you have made a wrong decision by purchasing any painting, you always have an option to return the painting within seven days. You will be able to receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges are not covered in the return price. If you have decided to return your purchase, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box with all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package.

In case you receive painting as damaged?
In the lamentable occasion that your order shows up in unsatisfactory condition, all you need to do is to take one computerized photograph of the painting and pack it back in the same box received. Send us those images to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours of receipt.
